Outliyr may collect account details, billing status, connected wearable metadata, lab uploads, stack entries, journal notes, experiment records, support messages, and usage events needed to operate the product.

How we use data

We use data to provide the dashboard, sync integrations, run experiments, generate findings, support billing, improve reliability, and answer support requests.

Processors

Processors may include Stripe for billing, ConvertKit for email, and AI providers such as OpenRouter with zero-retention configuration where available. Connected device providers process data under their own terms.

Retention and deletion

Outliyr keeps data while your account is active or as needed for billing, security, legal, and operational requirements. You can request deletion through support.
